Conclusion: Given the accumulated evidence, a reasonable person would conclude that John J. Kirk was the son of Jesse Kirk. One cannot conclude that Kesiah was John J. Kirk’s mother without further research. Kesiah was of an age to be John Kirk’s mother but she could also have been Jesse’s second wife or an older daughter.
